In the cooking course Aromatic Double - Food & Whisky, Chris Pepper together with his participants literally translates the flavours of the selected whiskies into a menu sequence that is precisely matched to them.
The trained chef has combined his two passions for years: Scottish water of life and culinary craft. At the start of the course, each person sniffs out the four whiskies, each of which will then be paired with a matching course. The aromas in the nose, on the palate and the finish are translated into a menu with the help of Chris Pepper. In doing so, you are not cooking with, but to the whisky. While one group focuses on the first starter and main course, the other half takes the reins in making the second starter and dessert. With many tips and explanations Chris Pepper is helpful to all participants, and when the first two courses are ready, may be already eaten and of course the corresponding whiskey tasted. In the process you will learn exciting details about the Scottish water of life as well as the respective distillery and bottling - a brilliant double taste experience!
