So what do you do when you have too many left over? I have a tip for you: Simply freeze the herbs in an ice cube maker with olive oil.
To defrost, you simply have to break the frozen herb cubes out of the maker like ice cubes. In water, the herbs would not survive freezing without damage. In olive oil they remain intact and fresh. So that this is also ensured, you should use in any case a high-quality olive oil. Then the taste remains in any case. Just try it out!
