Worldwide, major events are currently cancelled or postponed. The reason is the fear of the spread of the coronavirus. The Leipzig Book Fair has been completely canceled, the new James Bond movie has been postponed from April to November and also the Golden Camera will not be awarded in March, but only in autumn for the last time as a TV event.
In Hesse, too, the general rule is: all events must be canceled. Major events are canceled until at least Aug. 31, 2020. This includes all city festivals and sporting events.
