This very special tasting takes place at a very special place, the historic Holzhausenschlösschen. The baroque moated castle in Frankfurt's Holzhausenpark is known for its high-quality cultural events, with champagne being a part of French culture.

A young StartUp from Frankfurt specializes in handcrafted champagnes. Julia & Stéphane Drieux, together 2drieux Champagner Selektion, show a new, fascinating world of champagnes. They offer a handpicked selection of over 130 different champagnes in their eBoutique 2drieux.co.uk. Detailed information about the makers of the champagnes, vintners' philosophies, vineyards and cultivation, production and much more make you want to taste champagne. Thereby, the two founders attach importance to information on what the champagne can be drunk well with, as an aperitif, with appetizers, fish dishes or even for oneself as a meditation wine.
