On Thursday, June 20, bb22 architekten + stadtplaner are organizing a free and public city salon on behalf of the city planning office from 6 pm, to which all interested parties are invited. The Stadtsalon will take place in the reading room of basis at Gutleutstraße 8-12.
The Stadtsalon has been held as an irregular district forum in the Bahnhofsviertel since 2003. Since then, it has established itself as a fixed point of contact for exchange and networking in the local scene. Ideas, problems and suggestions are exchanged and discussed here together with local players. The aim is to make new contacts within and outside the station district and to strengthen the district together.
The motto of the upcoming Stadtsalon is "Impulse spaces and project initiatives". The aim of the event is to connect owners, residents and stakeholders and thus initiate new initiatives and projects in the neighborhood. This can involve questions such as these: What would you like to change in the neighborhood? Where can you start with small projects? What steps are necessary? What support is needed?"
Another Stadtsalon will take place in September, which will focus on a new topic in the station district. Based on these discussion rounds, the urban planning office will develop support options for the activities of local stakeholders.
