MASSIF CENTRAL's urban development concepts are growing: with the new workspace MASSIF W, the company is expanding its range of modern workspaces in Frankfurt's city center. At Taunusstraße 21, flexible office space is being created on three floors, which can be occupied immediately.
Florian Joeckel, Managing Director of MASSIF CENTRAL, sees the project as a logical expansion of the business area: "We regularly receive inquiries for office space in Bethmannhof, which we are unable to meet due to the high occupancy rate. With MASSIF W, we are creating an attractive alternative in the station district."
The new property is located in a historic brick building with a loft character and comprises a total of five floors. Two of these have already been let, while the remaining space is available to rent. The workspaces vary in size between 15 and 550 square meters and are also available furnished on request.
The central location not far from Willy-Brandt-Platz and the Taunusanlage makes MASSIF W a sought-after address for companies that value flexibility and an urban environment. "We asked ourselves where the new way of working in Frankfurt can best develop - centrally, flexibly and with character. MASSIF W is our answer," says Joeckel.

The MASSIF CENTRAL in the Bethmannhöfe has established itself as an urban meeting place that combines culture, sport, gastronomy and design. Known for its diverse events - including Frankfurt Secret and the Massif Games Convention - the concept offers a platform for creative exchange and cultural diversity. In addition to the new MASSIF W workspace, further locations are being planned: in spring 2025, MASSIF E will be created in the former EKINOS at the Hauptwache, while MASSIF ARTS on Eschersheimer Landstraße is already serving as an exclusive event location.
