Brunfels: New concepts such as Oysters & Champagne, Dinner Club and Chef's Table set culinary accents in Mainz

With a varied program of upscale gastronomy and stylish events, the Brunfels Hotel is establishing itself as a gourmet address in Mainz.

The Brunfels Hotel has established itself as one of the most exciting gastronomic addresses in Mainz. With its varied and newly designed menu, it appeals to both hotel guests and locals who appreciate fine cuisine and a stylish ambience. Regular culinary events offer opportunities to discover new flavors and enjoy them in a convivial atmosphere.

Culinary experiences for every occasion

Every Tuesday, the Brunfels Bar is transformed into an Oysters & Champagne Lounge. Guests can enjoy oysters and champagne in a relaxed atmosphere - from an elegant introduction to an all-encompassing experience with an entire bottle of sparkling wine.

On Wednesdays, the "Café del Mainz" brings Mediterranean lightness to the Rhine. In the warmer months, Aperol Spritz, tapas and live DJs invite you to linger. The combination of music, drinks and urban flair makes the event a firm fixture in the culinary calendar.

Every second Thursday, the "Dinner Club" combines fine cuisine with a dynamic evening program. After a three-course menu, the atmosphere changes to a lively bar atmosphere, accompanied by DJ sounds and a selected cocktail menu.

Sophisticated gastronomy with a personal touch

In addition to regular events, Brunfels focuses on sophisticated cuisine with a regional focus. The "Sunday Brunch Deluxe" between April and October combines sophisticated brunch creations with live music and creative cocktails. The "Chef's Table", where a small group of guests enjoy a seven-course menu accompanied by exquisite wines, offers an exclusive dining experience.

Chef Kevin Petersen, once a student of Michelin-starred chef Tim Raue, combines modern German cuisine with international accents. Regional ingredients form the basis for his creations, including halibut in nut butter or veal tartare with umami caviar. The adjoining Brunfels Bar offers a selection of craft gins and regional wines.

A meeting place for Mainz

With its urban concept and stylish inner courtyard, the Brunfels Hotel is a permanent fixture on the Mainz gastronomy scene. The hotel combines modern design with a relaxed ambience and invites guests to enjoy sophisticated cuisine in a laid-back atmosphere.
