Metropolitan Region FrankfurtRhineMain represented at EXPO REAL 2023 in Munich
The international trade fair for real estate and investment will take place this year from
October 04 - 06 in Munich. At EXPO REAL, the city of Frankfurt am
Main will present itself with a large joint stand organized by the Frankfurt
Economic Development Corporation.
Expo REAL, one of the largest trade fairs for real estate and investment, will also
offer a platform for networking in the real estate industry this year. The
FrankfurtRhineMain metropolitan region will again be represented at the fair as an important business location with a
joint stand. On a trade fair area of 440 sqm on the
first floor and an additional 193 sqm on the upper floor, the
Frankfurt am Main business location will present itself at the trade fair stand in Hall C1, Stand 330 and 430 with
a total of 27 stand partner companies.
This year, the Frankfurt delegation consists of the following municipal representatives
: Lord Mayor Mike Josef, City Councilor Stephanie Wüst (Department
of Economics, Law and City Marketing), City Councilor Prof. Dr. Marcus Gwechenberger (Department
Planning and Housing) and other office and department heads from the city administration.
Lord Mayor Mike Josef, Head of Economic Affairs Stephanie Wüst and Ansgar Roese,
Managing Director of Economic Development, will jointly open the stand on the first day of the fair, 04 October
2023. Various panels will take place on the stage of the Metropolarena throughout the day
. At the end of the trade fair on the first day, the
"Evening of the Metropolitan Region" will traditionally take place, to which all visitors to EXPO REAL
are cordially invited.
On the second day of the trade fair, October 05, 2023, a panel of metropolitan partners is planned, at
which the mayors of the cities of Bad Homburg v. d. Höhe, Darmstadt, Mainz and
Wiesbaden as well as Head of the Economic Department Stephanie Wüst and IHK President Ulrich Caspar
for Frankfurt am Main will discuss the topic "Future Location Metropolitan Region FrankfurtRhineMain:
How the partners of the metropolitan region are positioning themselves resiliently and at the same time forward-looking"
will be discussed. Recent challenges have challenged municipalities and
inspired changes in perspective. The economic priorities of the individual
municipalities will be discussed with those responsible for the
FrankfurtRhineMain metropolitan region and the future direction of the metropolitan region will be highlighted.

This year's Metropolarena program will address a wide range of topics on the future
of real estate, including due diligence, digitization,
AI and ESG documentation. Other topics will include how the real estate industry is changing
and the future of our urban living spaces. Experts
will discuss current insights, challenges and solutions.
